Having witnessed students struggle to grasp mathematical content in fast paced classroom settings, Dr. Garron wanted to find a way to support students and teachers. Daniel's Math Academy focuses on two content areas which impact all math standards, number sense and computation. Our goal is to increase computational fluency and accuracy while developing number sense skills.

Daniel's Math Academy is not a tutoring facility. Our emphasis is placed on teaching learners who are struggling with foundational math skills in two very specific mathematical domains. We exclusively service students in grades 5-8 with the goal of cultivating number sense and improving computation skills. We believe that improved performance in these two areas will result in greater mathematical outcomes.

Our academy works with students who are not performing at their grade level in math and typically need 1:1 instruction and/or reteaching frequently in the general classroom setting. Teachers often describe our students as "hard working but too far behind. If your student has a mathematical learning gap, then Daniel's Math Academy is here for them.
